Come learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun hands-on social cooking class, you'll learn the skills needed to make sushi rolls at home including how to prepare sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty ingredients to enhance your dining experience.
On Saturday, March 25th, we're hosting a Sushi Class with our very own Chef Doug at our favorite restaurant in town: Graze. It's going to be a blast—but not just because it's something new and exciting. It's going to be because you'll learn how to make your own sushi!
We'll start with some basics like how to get all the ingredients ready and then move on to making different kinds of rolls using the same technique. You'll be able to make all of your creations at home and wow your friends and family. Two drinks are included in price. Additional beverages will available for purchase.
